Dog-sledge trip with a stay overnight
Staying overnight in the great outdoors with sledge-dogs sounds like something taken from the novels by Jack London. If you prefer to travel in scilence you cannot find a better way than travelling on a sledge behind dogs. (skis are of course another possibility).
You will understand why Inuits, trappers and adventurers have used this dogs as companions and means of transport for decades.
Your accommodation for the night will be in a kåta, the traditional tent of the Sámi. We think and hope that this will be an unforgettable experience to bring back home together with your luggage. |
